Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a practice that modifies poses so that they can be done seated or standing with the assistance of a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people with mobility issues.
Gentle Fit
This program is designed to improve cardiovascular, range of motion, strength & balance to allow participants to complete daily movements with confidence. This class is ideal for those new to exercise, with joint problems or limited mobility and individuals with increased risk of falls.
Strength & Tone
High energy, total body strength and toning workout. Prepare to be challenged while having fun!
Core Flow
This is a slow-moving class with a strong focus on the core muscles. The core is our mid-section of the body, including obliques, and lower back muscles. Training these muscles will improve posture and provide support for your spine. The class will end with a calming Yin Yoga practice.
Ball & Tone
We will incorporate Stability and Bender Balls into cardiovascular, full-body toning and flexibility training. For those who also enjoy a core challenge, this class delivers.
Yoga Fit
Yoga Fit blends dynamic strength training and functional mobility practices with creative yoga sequences. Participants can expect to be challenged in this class, but also to be offered choices and space to modify the class to their level.
Barre Above™
Barre Above™ fuses the best of ballet, Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and strength training. You don’t need to worry about dancing experience. Barre above™ is barre for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.
Vinyasa Flow
In this class, yogis will move dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging practitioners to let go of thought and focus on experience of the present moment. Vinyasa is about harmony and balance, grace and fluidity.
Candlelight Yin
Unwind to soothing music playing in a warm, candlelit room. Yin is a gentle pace style yoga that works with very basic poses to increase mobility, mobilize and stretch the body’s extensive fascial network. The mind is challenged to stay present
Yoga for Men & Athletes
Some men and athletes have less flexibility than typical yogis. This class offers modifications of yoga poses without having to reach certain standards of flexibility, like touching your toes. Increased flexibility and stress reduction are gradual benefits of Yoga for Men and Athletes.
Yoga on the Ball
Flexibility, balance, strength and endurance are common components of a yoga class. If you’re ready for something different, consider adding stability balls to your practice. This is a fun way to recruit core musculature, incorporate more balance work, and increase range of motion.
